In 1997, Wurth Australia's Head Office in Dingley achieved certification to ISO 9001 for its Quality Management System. The Quality Management System has been implemented to ensure consistency, quality and continual improvement throughout all aspects of Wurth Australia's operations at Head Office. In order to maintain certification of the Quality Management System, six monthly external audits of the system are conducted. The same policies and procedure are implemented across all branches.
