The Next Generation of Racing Driver
Cooper Webster is a driven young man who is striving to forge a career in motorsport as a racing driver.
The determination to win runs through Cooper Webster’s veins. Cooper started racing Go-Karts at 9 years of age. In that time he has been able to achieve a great deal of success including winning 5 State Championships and also winning the 2016 Australian National Championship.
Cooper has also tasted international success by winning a race in Le Mans France at the2016 IAME International Final.
"Wurth have been fantastic in helping me make the transition from Go-Karts to racing cars as smoothly as possible. Having such an iconic brand in the automotive industry behind you at a time when you are jumping into the unknown, gives me confidence that together we can achieve great things", says Cooper.
Now as a sixteen year old, Cooper is the future of racing. As he travels around Australia competing in the Hyundai Excel racing series, Wurth Australia is very proud to be nurturing young talent in the field of motorsport. Our contributions towards race entrance fees and Wurth branding ensure Cooper is able to continue to follow his dream without the added pressure of raising funds along the way.
